Job Description

Manage EPE-related import/export operations, including customs declarations, clearance, and logistics arrangements, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese and international regulations.
Process EPE-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with Vietnam Customs authorities to facilitate smooth clearance of goods, monitor policy changes, and adjust procedures accordingly.
Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders to track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
Prepare and review import/export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure compliance.
Ensure all import/export activities adhere to regulations, conduct regular process reviews, identify risks, and propose improvements.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and sales teams to provide import/export data support.
