We are seeking a reliable and organized Production Assistant to support daily production operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This role plays a key part in coordinating workflows, assisting production teams, and maintaining high standards throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day production activities and operational tasks
Support production teams with coordination, scheduling, and preparation
Help monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain organized records, materials, and production documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
Assist in quality control and ensure production standards are followed
