Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $75/hour ($2,812.50 weekly)

Qualifications:Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience (required)
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Strong clinical knowledge and teaching abilities
Education:
Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Preferred: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nursing
Certifications & Licensure:
Active New York State RN License
AHA BLS Certification (required)
License verification from the NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs and training curricula.
Provide ongoing education and professional development to nursing staff and students.
Assess learning needs and design tailored educational materials and programs.
Facilitate classroom sessions, clinical instruction, and hands-on skills workshops.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance clinical competence.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to align education with current clinical practices.
Stay current on nursing standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices.
Support the implementation of evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of educational sessions and learning outcomes.
Mentor and guide nurses to promote professional growth and development.
