Window Painter – Joyce Manufacturing
Berea, OH | Full-Time | Manufacturing/Production
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Joyce Manufacturing is looking for a Window Painter to join our team! This position is responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing custom window products using gravity-fed HVLP spray systems.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.

What You’ll Do:

• Spray paint window frames using gravity-fed HVLP equipment
• Prep and clean all surfaces before painting
• Mix and match paint to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality control procedures
• Work as part of a fast-paced production team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using HVLP spray guns (preferred)
• Knowledge of paint prep and mixing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
