Desserts Etc in Hershey, PA is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Barista to join our team! The Barista's position primarily involves working with customers on the bakery retail floor. Our ideal candidate is friendly, self-driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working. *We are no longer hiring for summer only 2025 positions. We are now hiring for August 2025 start date with fall 2025 work availability* Tipped Position - Estimated Between $6-$8 in tips per hour on top of base hourly rate! Qualifications Preferable experience as a barista or in customer service High integrity with a great attendance record Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Please attach your resume.
