Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Nashville, Tennessee is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Country Club, located in Nashville, TN, is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join their Golf and Grounds Maintenance team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fully renovated course, a committed staff, and a supportive membership. The successful candidate will acclimate quickly to the crew and culture, while helping maintain the highest standards of course conditions and service.
Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or related field (preferred)
• 4–7 years of relevant experience (more experience may offset education requirement)
• Knowledge of warm-season turf management practices
• Leadership experience in golf course maintenance
Compensation
$70,000–$90,000 per year.
