Are you ready to be part of a team that keeps operations moving smoothly behind the scenes? Dart is seeking a  Yard Truck Operator to safely operate, move, and relocate trailers and/or tractors within our property— no CDL required and  no public roadways involved .

Shift Availability as of 11/12/25: 

• Sched 1A - 11p-7:30a Sat night through Thurs morning
• Sched 2C - 7a-3:30p Tues-Sat
• Sched 3A - 3p-11:30p Sun-Thurs
• Sched 3C - 3p-11:30p Tues-Sat

What You’ll Do:

• Operate yard trucks or tractors (with or without trailers) exclusively on Dart property.
• Maneuver equipment in tight spaces and safely couple/uncouple trailers.
• Perform visual inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient dock and trailer management.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, material handling, or PIT operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license.
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in English for effective training and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL Class A license (not required, but a plus!)
• 1+ year of tractor-trailer experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.
