In this role, you will gather client preferences, research options, support booking processes, and provide ongoing communication to ensure a smooth travel planning experience.
Client Needs Assessment: Discuss travel goals and preferences to determine suitable options.
Customized Itinerary Support: Assist in building trip outlines that match client expectations.
Reservation Assistance: Help coordinate travel bookings including lodging, transportation, and activities.
Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, adjustments, and informational requests.
Vendor Interaction: Communicate with travel partners as needed for availability and coordination.
Document Handling: Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, and destination information.
Quality Review: Verify accuracy and clarity of all travel details.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple clients.
Comfortable using digital tools, email, and online systems.
