A prestigious Century City law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with strong drafting and estate administration experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a sophisticated practice and work directly with high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft comprehensive estate planning and administration documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments.
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies.
• Oversee probate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on California probate and trust law.
• Communicate effectively with clients, fiduciaries, and financial advisors to ensure smooth administration of estates and trusts.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trusts & estates law, with a strong focus on drafting and administration.
• In-depth understanding of California probate and trust law, tax implications, and advanced estate planning strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and research skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client matters independently.

Salary: $250,000+ commensurate with your experience and qualifications
