Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Placement Area

Strategy 
Strategy rookies support our Corporate Strategy team with development of Under Armour’s long-term global portfolio strategy.  They help with competitive and marketplace analysis, integration of consumer insights, and performance management as critical inputs to shaping and evolving our strategic direction across all major aspects of the business (i.e., consumer, product, distribution).  This opportunity might appeal to MBAs who are in general management, business development, or marketing programs, or whose business interests center around strategy, marketing, or consulting. 

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a graduate MBA program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office. 
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
