Role and Responsibilities: Leadership & Oversight Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of officersHold officers accountable and implement corrective action plans when necessaryAssist the Project Manager in developing and refining SOPs and operational processesImplement SOPs and crisis communication plansSupport SOCC Supervisors in managing the guard forceOn-call after hours to assist with issues arising during shifts Operations & Compliance Create compliance reports and support auditsMeasure and report on patrol performance metricsComplete weekly patrol shift schedules and ensure coverage as neededMonitor alarms and security camera systems Security & Patrol Duties Assume responsibility for safety and security of designated areasPatrol areas in accordance with established proceduresIdentify and respond to potential security risksComplete incident reports and documentation for all security eventsEnsure proper credentials (ID badges/passes) for employees and visitorsRespond promptly to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement when necessaryAssist employees and visitors with concerns or questions Requirements: Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning teamAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make quick decisions in critical situationsHigh integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service skillsOutstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills (written and verbal)Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to meet all report deadlines consistentlyCalm demeanor and ability to manage high-stress situations in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, able to multitask, and work without direct supervisionMust be able to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard LicenseLateral candidates must have no disciplinary actions or attendance issues in the past yearPrior experience in Security, Dispatch, or 2+ years in the current SOCC environment required Why Metro One?
