Join Our Snow Removal Team

– Hiring Heavy Equipment Operators!

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators , including Front-End Loader Operators and operators of other heavy machinery, to assist with snow removal and keep our community safe this winter.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Pay – Earn $35 to $40 per hour , based on experience.
- On-Call Work – Be part of a reliable team available during snowstorms, including nights and weekends.
- Flexible Scheduling – Work as needed during snow events.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate heavy machinery, including Front-End Loaders and other heavy equipment, for snow removal.
• Follow designated routes to clear roads, parking lots, and pathways.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment (greasing, cleaning, etc.).
• Track and report progress using apps/software.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient snow removal.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating Front-End Loaders , Heavy Machinery , or similar equipment.
• Availability during snowstorms, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Basic tech skills for reporting.
