We’re looking for a warm, friendly person to be the first point of contact when guests walk in. As our host/hostess, you set the tone for the whole dining experience. We combine the Host and Server Assistant roles.
· Welcome guests with a smile and genuine hospitality.
· Manage the seating chart and waitlist with ease.
· Answer phones and help with to-go orders.
· Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and inviting.
· Support servers when things get busy (see Server Assistant responsibilities below).
· A people person who loves making guests feel comfortable.
· Organized and calm under pressure.
· Team player who’s happy to help wherever needed.
· Reliable and on time (your shift starts the guest’s experience).
Server Assistants are the heartbeat of the dining room — keeping things clean, moving, and flowing. If you like being active and part of a fast team, this role is for you.
· Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly.
· Help servers deliver food to the right tables.
· Make sure guests have clean plates, silverware, and water refills.
· Keep the dining room tidy and stocked.
· Pitch in wherever needed.
· Energetic, quick on your feet, and detail-oriented.
· Team player who jumps in to help.
· No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
· Work with a friendly, supportive team.
· Flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, and holidays needed).
· Learn about farm-to-table type food.
