The Work: In the Cloud Innovation Center, your work is dynamic and agile. Grounded in Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) principles, you'll participate in paired programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration to build best-in-class software solutions.
- Build modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cloud-native architecture and backend teams to build seamless user experiences.
- Apply TDD and pair programming practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible UIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability in cloud-native environments.
- Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to integrate front-end solutions with back-end APIs and services.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Columbus, OH but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, FL. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Typescript and building applications with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with cloud-native application development and DevOps environment.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
- Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
