We are hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare insurance provider headquartered in Minnetonka, MN. This organization is undergoing a major transformation of its Salesforce ecosystem to better support its product sales operations. As the Quality Analyst Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions that empower sales teams to effectively market and sell healthcare products.
This is a leadership opportunity to guide testing efforts in a greenfield Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and compliant systems that support business growth. Job Description
As the Quality Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the QA strategy across multiple Salesforce initiatives. You will lead a team of 10–20 QA professionals, mentor junior testers, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust testing frameworks that support functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, UI, and end-to-end testing. You will also oversee defect management, automation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, design, and execution of test strategies for complex Salesforce initiatives.
  • Oversee all testing types: functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, UI, end-to-end, and UAT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the delivery process.
  • Guide automation specialists in developing and maintaining automated test suites.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
  • Mentor QA team members and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Track progress using dashboards and industry-standard QA tools.
  • Explore and leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance QA capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with performance and security testing tools.
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading QA efforts in greenfield Salesforce implementations.
  • Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or methodologies.
  • Background in mentoring distributed QA teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare technology environments.
