Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of substation orders from contract award through order completion. This role is responsible for coordinating engineering, manufacturing, logistics, scheduling and commercial stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards and company policies are essential functions of this role. This is an onsite position, and our ideal candidate would reside within commuting distance to one of our service centers in Solomon, KS, Sharon, PA or Temple, TX. Manage end-to-end execution of substation orders; including engineering, inventory, manufacturing and delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams including: sales, engineering, operations, transportation and scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with manufacturing lead times, as well as materials and parts lead times Coordinate with engineering teams on design reviews, drawings, specifications, and approvals Track and manage customer repair workstream; to include pickup, evaluation, quotation, customer decision and disposition Track and manage project status, job closure, invoicing and change orders Identify project risks related to supply chain, manufacturing and inventory readiness; implement mitigation plans Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT) with customer and internal teams Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverables Perform other duties as assigned
