Project & Studio Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract) Apply » Company: Studio Black Ink Duration: Part-time Date Posted: 01/03/26 Category: Office Management Location: Columbus Salary: 25-50k Job Description The Project + Studio Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio by managing documentation, scheduling, and administrative coordination across active projects. This is a client-facing, execution-focused role that requires strong written communication, organization, discretion, and follow-through. This is not a design role. Reporting to the Director of Operations + Procurement, the Coordinator works closely with the Principal/Creative Director, design team, vendors, and clients. The role averages 15–20 hours per week to start and includes standing client and internal meetings with mandatory attendance. The primary purpose of the role is to reduce friction for the design team so they can remain focused on design, decisions, and client work. Job Requirements Key DutiesSkills + Experience
This is a contract position with competitive pay, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the studio grows. A formal 90-day review will assess alignment, effectiveness, and capacity.
