We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assistant to support daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow execution. This role plays a key part in assisting production teams, coordinating tasks on the floor, and maintaining efficiency across production processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day production activities and operational workflows
Assist with setup, organization, and preparation of production areas
Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Monitor materials, tools, and supplies to maintain continuity of operations
Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
Provide general support to supervisors and production staff as needed
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting
High level of reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism
Comfort working in a hands-on, operational environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes
Competitive salary ($44,000 – $48,000 annually)
