**Join Our Team as a Product Owner!** Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and enhancing customer experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Proxy Product Owner (PO) to lead the development and optimization of a cutting-edge Adobe Experience Cloud platform. This includes Adobe Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Marketo. As the Proxy PO, you will be the vital link between our business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring the delivery of top-notch products and features that align with our strategic goals. Location: San Francisco Experience: 10+ Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law. **Key Responsibilities:** **Requirements Gathering:** + Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team. + Gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements to ensure they align with business objectives. + Build strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and operations to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions. **Product Backlog Management:** + Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Adobe Experience Cloud products. + Ensure the backlog is up-to-date, clear, and actionable for development teams. + Define user stories, create acceptance criteria, and lead backlog grooming sessions. **Roadmap & Strategy:** + Collaborate with leadership to develop product roadmaps that align with business objectives. + Provide input into the strategy and vision for the Adobe Experience Cloud platform. + Provide insights into Cognizant's wider offerings, which would be a fit to business requirements + Work with stakeholders to define release schedules, timelines, and deliverables. **Collaboration & Communication:** + Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, and operations) to deliver product enhancements and new features. + Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and fixes. + Regularly communicate product status, priorities, and upcoming releases to stakeholders. **Product Improvement:** + Identify and propose improvements to enhance the functionality and user experience of Adobe Experience Cloud products. + Iterate on features based on user feedback and business priorities. + Champion the adoption of best practices and new features across the platform. **Qualifications:** **Experience:** + Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within agile environments. + Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud products. + Familiarity with digital marketing, customer journey mapping, content management, and analytics. + Experience in backlog management and sprint planning in an agile environment (SAFe environment preferred). **Skills:** + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing priorities. + Familiarity with Azure DevOps and similar product management and collaboration platforms. + Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices. + Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + Certification in Agile or SAFe (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO) is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in the digital marketing space, particularly in managing or implementing Adobe Experience Cloud products. + Familiarity with data analytics, web technologies, and digital content management systems. + A background in managing or optimizing marketing technology platforms is a plus.
