About HFG Media: HFGM is a dynamic, multi-media marketing company specializing in luxury travel retail, with a global presence across 3 Cruise Lines and over 60+ cruise ships at sea. We are seeking charismatic individuals with dynamic personalities to fill our Shopping Guide, Assistance Shopping Guide, and Brand Ambassador positions onboard.

Position Overview: As a member of the HFGM Community, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and providing an exceptional shopping experience to cruise passengers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our team’s growth, development, and success.

Requirements:

Strong and clear communication skills; Ability to take constructive feedback; Great work ethic; Self-motivated and target-driven; Thrives under pressure; Adaptable, innovative, and initiative-driven; Ship experience preferred but not required; Public Speaking skills are preferred but not required; Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese) is advantageous;

Desirable Skills:

Public speaking experience; Good with scripts and memorization; Comfortable with a microphone; Confidence in improvisation;

Please Note:

This position requires a commitment of 6 months at a time, working and living onboard a cruise ship.; Shared living quarters/room/cabin with one other person.; Candidates are responsible for visa, medical, and documentation costs.; Flights and accommodation are covered by the company.;
