OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST NEEDED! JOIN A GROWING PRACTICE IN EUGENE!

Honeybee Hires is thrilled to partner with pediatric occupational therapy practice owned by two OTs who met early in their careers and developed a shared commitment to neuroaffirming, strengths-based care. After three years in a shared clinical space, the clinic is expanding into a new 4,200 sq ft location in the next few months, allowing the team to grow!

What We're Looking For

A full-time pediatric OT who wants to grow. Someone energized by autonomy, curious about specialization, and excited to help shape a young but thriving practice. New grads are absolutely welcome; experienced clinicians who can step into an established caseload are especially encouraged to apply.

This is a therapist-forward workplace. The owners truly want to know: How do you want to grow? What lights you up? Where do you want your career to go?

The Role

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Part-time considered for exceptional candidates (minimum 25 hours/week)
• Primarily clinic-based; community/home visits possible if desired!
• WebPT for EMR, scheduling, and billing
• Point-of-service documentation with a provided laptop
• Dedicated evaluation/report time
• Front desk support for scheduling; therapists collaborate closely with admin
• Caseload consistency is a priority—no surprises
• 53-minute sessions

Burnout prevention is intentionally built into the structure!

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time $73,000–$76,000/year salary 
• Part-time: fee-for-service options open for discussion
• Productivity bonuses!
• PTO + sick leave; additional PTO after year one

• $300/month health stipend (until group medical becomes available)

• CEU budget up to $500/year (with flexibility for more)
• Mileage reimbursement
