What You’ll Do: Customer Outreach - Place outbound calls to prospective and past customers
- Build rapport, establish trust, and spark interest in HVAC services
Sales & Lead Generation - Effectively communicate value and benefits of services
- Set qualified appointments and pass leads to sales team
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead goals
Information Management - Record customer interactions and outcomes in CRM
- Maintain accurate lead tracking for follow-up and reporting
Revenue & Service Goals - Strategically prioritize call lists to maximize results
- Contribute to company growth through high-volume lead generation
Continuous Improvement - Participate in training to sharpen communication and sales skills
- Represent Elevate Home Services with professionalism and positivity
What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 2+ year in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center role (HVAC/home services a plus)
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing abilities
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM or call tracking software
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, goal-oriented mindset, and resilience
- Other: Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
