Job Description

We are a private orthopedic and musculoskeletal practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our group offers comprehensive services, including orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices.

Opportunities include ancillary income (PT, DME), real estate and ASC investments, and hospital call options.

Positions are full-time with a starting salary of $300,000–$400,000, plus benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance.

Applicants must obtain California medical licensure and be willing to work in a private practice environment. Partnership is available after one year, with income based on productivity.
