**Job Description:** Neurosurgeon - Lafayette, CO When you join us, you'll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of "helping people live the healthiest lives possible." **About this role:** You will be a part of creating a Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Good Samaritan Hospital where you will help build on an already solid foundation of a broad continuum of care for brain and spine patients. Here are just some of the highlights you can expect: + You would practice at our Lafayette Clinic and perform surgeries at Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospitalin Lafayette, CO + This is a 5 day work week M-F with 1:4 call + Your practice would consist of ~30% cranial and 70% spine cases + Designated Neuro Critical Care unit and epilepsy monitoring unit with a strong nursing staff + Growing Primary Care referral base within Intermountain Health Medical Group **How we'll support you: ** **Compensation:** Our competitive compensation consists of a base salary of **$875,000** plus a wRVU incentive. We are also offering a $25,000 sign on bonus. A relocation bonus of up to $20,000 is also available if applicable.
