While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand and fingers, use fine motor skills, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and the ability to see to drive. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include the ability to hear what is considered to be normal conversation tone.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to a typical office environment and interaction with many different persons in their homes and in the community. In addition, the employee travels by automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions. The employee will interact with many different persons in varying stages of recovery from their mental illness.
