Job Summary

W e are seeking a reliable and proactive Materials Handler to support production operations by managing material flow, issuing parts, and assisting with inventory processes. This role will work closely with the Production Planner and Assembly Stores team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a hands-on attitude, and relevant experience in materials management.

Job Description

• Move materials to and from machines and workstations as part of the production process.
• Issue and transfer parts to support ongoing production requirements.
  
• Assist Production Planner and Assembly Stores as needed.
  
• Utilize SAP for inventory transactions and material tracking.
  
• Apply continuous improvement practices using manufacturing system principles.
  
• Maintain accuracy and accountability in material handling.
• Shift: M-F 8: 00am-16:30pm

S kills Required

• Minimum 2 years of materials management or warehouse experience.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
• Familiarity with fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environments.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay Rate

• $21 per hour and higher depending on experience
