Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 Annual Salary

Administrator Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) to lead facility staff with the primary goal of providing quality resident care. This is a full time, in-person position, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm

Qualifications of the  Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Proven experience as Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• 3+ years of seasoned experience in admissions and  administrative support.
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills; familiarity with data entry systems and possibly knowledge of HIPAA or FERPA.

Responsibilities of the  Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Process clinical paperwork, ensure regulatory filings for Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA, and develop/enforce facility policies to meet federal and state standards.
• Ensure the facility adheres to state and federal regulations, such as those for Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA, while managing audits and paperwork
• Handle financial planning, budgeting, and daily operations, including resident admissions, equipment oversight, and quality assurance programs
