Salary Range : $3,500 per course.

Position Summary
Primary duties will be teaching courses at the graduate level in the Department of Educational Leadership. The expected teaching load is at least one course per semester.
The Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies at UTSA is currently seeking to fill positions for Spring 2026. The Department offers courses in K-12 Educational Leadership and Higher Education Administration.
This is a temporary position dependent on availability of funds and/or departmental need. Required Qualifications - Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate effective skills in teaching graduate level courses.
- Applicants must have successful teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
- Two years or more of teaching experience at UTSA or commensurate experience at another institution.
- Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) Trainer of Trainers (TOT) Certification.
- Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) Trainer of Trainers (TOT) and/or Completed Field Supervisor Coaching Training for Advanced Certification Candidates.
This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. This position will be either on campus or hybrid online, depending on teaching availability within the program. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
This position is contingent upon a successful background check. Verification of a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
