Job Description

Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor providing high level administrative and operational support to the Vice President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment and a high degree of discretion, enabling the Vice President to maximize effectiveness in leading the organization from a Human Resources strategic position. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between the Vice President of Human Resources and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information,. priorities and initiatives.
Essential Experience
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum five to seven years of progressive experience supporting executives in a complex fast-paced organization
Experience in luxury retail or related industries
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative project management tools
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and anticipate organizational priorities and directions
Very high level of attention to detail in all projects
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with executives, brand
