Job Title: Hub Incharge – Logistics Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations of the logistics hub, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes, manpower management, vehicle planning, and last-mile delivery execution with high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily hub operations including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.
2. Ensure accurate shipment handling, timely delivery, and proper route planning.
3. Manage a team of delivery executives, supervisors, and support staff.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) — TAT, NDR, delivery rate, cost per shipment, etc.
5. Coordinate with linehaul, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth flow of operations.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
7. Optimize resource utilization (vehicles, manpower, space) for maximum efficiency.
8. Handle escalation management and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Maintain MIS reports, daily dashboards, and operational documentation.
10. Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / TMS systems

Qualification:

1. Graduate / MBA preferred (Operations / Supply Chain)
2. 7+ years of experience in logistics, hub, or warehouse operations
