The Jobat aGlance 

OurFinancial Analystwill pair up with our business unit and functional leaderstoimprove both top andbottom-lineresults. You’ll prepare and improve our financial reporting to highlight key takeaways and identify opportunities for process improvements, analyze the business, and understand the needs of our internal and external customers.TheFinancial Analystwill provide insights to support the implementation of projects to improve our operational efficiency.In this highly analytic, data driven role,you will always be thinking of creative ways to helpbusiness unit leaders drive success throughout their businesses. You will support the business with its monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. You will be the financialvoice duringmeetings,and you will always be looking for ways togrowcompany-widesales and profitability.If you love to analyze numbers to tell a story and impact the future and you enjoy providing critical financial insights and guidance to business leaders, keep reading! 

A Typical Day 

• Use data to tell the story on a particular business topic like supply chain efficiency or cost of sales reduction opportunities. 
• Create financial modeling to assess a potential business opportunity.  
• Analyzeandholisticallyreview current and incoming commercial contracts. 
• Prepare and distribute sales, SG&A and operational data reporting as well as support ad-hoc reporting needs. 
• Improve visibilityofkey metrics bydeveloping weekly/monthlyperformance reports 
• Proactively uncover timely and accurate insights into Parts Town’s customers and vendors and partner with decision makers to maximize growth. 
• Investigate variance analysis and support initiatives to address solutions that combat the negative impacts. 
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all reporting. 

To Land This Opportunity 

• You are self-motivated and can prioritize tasks. 
• You’ve been supporting a business team with financial analysis for 1-3 years. 
• You are highly analytical and always looking for ways to make process improvements. 
• You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English(verbal and written) 
• You pay close attention to detail, as far as you’re concerned anything worth doing should be done right. 
• You have the ability to be agile and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. 
• You are passionate about uncovering and communicating key insights that others may miss– you’re a detective! 
• You have a passion for assisting others to drive business initiatives. 
• You demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for solutions based on information gathered and analyzed from the systems. 
• You have amazing MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel.  
• You thrive in a fast-paced environmentand love taking on new challenges.

The salary range for this role is $80,450.90-$107,644.25 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
