Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial health and ensure sustainable growth. The Finance Manager will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the general ledger, including reconciliation of accounts and compliance with accounting standards
Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital management.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial partners.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred.
5-10 years finance experience in a finance management or financial controller role.
History of working in companies with international operations and/or in the finance or technology industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
Experience working with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Xero, Autocount)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
