The Role We need an experienced divorce and family law paralegal (in-person, hybrid, or remote, within the state of TX only) who can hit the ground running alongside our stellar team. From strategy meetings to post-judgment client care, you’ll blend sharp technical skills with empathy and practical wisdom to help families navigate divorce and custody disputes. This isn’t an entry-level gig. You’ll need 3+ years in family law litigation, confidence with contested matters, and the sense to know when a fight isn’t worth the cost (because yes, $500 in attorney’s fees over $50 in airline miles really does happen).
