Experienced Family Law Associate Attorney We are looking for an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. We have an office in Harker Heights and Austin, Texas. Must be knowledgeable in conducting bench trials, preparing witnesses for trial, advising clients, negotiating with opposing attorneys, attending mediations, conducting depositions, and providing consultations. Also, must be knowledgeable in all phases of litigation, drafting pleadings and orders, preparing discovery, coordinating court hearings, and negotiations. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as handling time-sensitive matters and meeting deadlines. This is a fast-paced office.
