Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Manage event registration and communication with attendees.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Create and maintain event schedules and timelines.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoicing for events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
