As the EHS Manager you will lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a large site with 250+ employees.

Experience and Skills:
Proven ability to lead EHS programs in manufacturing and distribution environments
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)
Skilled in incident investigation and risk mitigation
Effective communicator and trainer with employee engagement experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS systems
Familiar with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention
Holds relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) and technical background in EHS or related fields
