Credit Administrative Associate Location Coral Springs, FL :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Credit Administrative Associate will handle a high volume of activity while performing a variety of administrative duties and responsibilities related to the Credit Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. - Review credit applications and gather supporting documentation
- Validate doctor license information
- Create new accounts for Alliances, Buying Groups and Direct accounts
- Evaluate credit reports to determine the creditworthiness of a customer
- Assign or recommend an appropriate credit limit depending on the financial risk
- Perform customer account maintenance and updates as necessary when requested, such as address changes or add ship to locations
- Provide communication on all account correspondences
- Develop and facilitate training for new sales personnel on the credit application, account setup and account maintenance processes
- Develop and facilitate training to customer service on payment processing
- Review all emails in the Credit Collections and Credit app inboxes
- Maintain Collector Portfolio assignments
- Establish ACH and credit card subscriptions for auto payments
- Assist with the development and maintaining of department SOP's
- Interact and provide top level customer service with internal and external customers
- Prepare various types of reporting for ACH and credit card processing
QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications - College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience
- A minimum of two years in Credit, Collections, Customer Service or Administration
- Advance level PC and MS Office applications especially in Word and Excel.
