About the Company:
A long-established, family-owned company with national brand recognition is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its in-house Legal Department. Position Summary:
The Corporate Paralegal will provide direct support to the General Counsel and work closely with internal business teams on a wide range of legal matters. This individual will play a key role in organizing and managing contracts, regulatory filings, trademark matters, compliance projects, and other corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a team environment where efficiency and accuracy are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and organize contracts and legal correspondence (e.g., vendor, supply, and distribution agreements).
Maintain organized legal files, calendars, and tracking systems for key deadlines.
Conduct legal and factual research to support various business functions.
Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and internal business units.
Communicate with external counsel and consultants on ongoing legal projects.
Assist with compliance, licensing, litigation, and intellectual property matters.
Qualifications:
Paralegal certification preferred.
8+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate or in-house legal environment.
Working knowledge of contracts, regulatory, litigation, or trademark processes .
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software .
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule Options:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (on-site).
Part-Time / Temporary: Flexible schedule available for the right candidate.
