Job Description

We’re hiring an Entry Level   Community Outreach Representative to support impactful nonprofit causes through face-to-face engagement and grassroots outreach .

In this entry-level role, you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations , educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around meaningful missions. No experience is required —we provide paid training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public spaces
• Engage the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
• Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives clearly and enthusiastically
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
• Manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve future campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and training on leadership, advocacy, and communication strategies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus)
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No experience required – full paid training provided
