We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing, mission-driven nonprofit team.
In this public-facing role, you’ll connect directly with underserved communities through local events, workshops, and advocacy campaigns — helping us expand our reach, deepen relationships, and drive real change from the ground up.
As a Community Outreach Representative , you'll serve as a key ambassador for our organization, helping spread awareness and build trust where it matters most.
Your responsibilities will include:
Representing our nonprofit at community events, fundraisers, and local outreach campaigns
Building and maintaining positive relationships with community members, leaders, and local partners
Assisting with event planning, volunteer coordination, and logistics
Communicating our mission, values, and programs clearly to the public
Supporting on-site events: setup, material distribution, and attendee assistance
Gathering community feedback and insights to strengthen outreach strategies
