As a Client Service Associate , you will play a key role in supporting our fundraising campaigns and events. You'll serve as a point of contact between our clients (nonprofits and charitable organizations) and the public, helping to deliver their message with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
This is an ideal entry-level role for individuals looking to gain experience in marketing, customer service, and nonprofit advocacy.
Represent client brands and missions at promotional events and fundraising campaigns.
Engage with potential donors, sponsors, and supporters to raise awareness and secure contributions.
Provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with the public on behalf of clients.
Assist in planning and executing community-based marketing events and outreach programs.
Gather feedback and insights from interactions to report to campaign managers.
Help manage on-site logistics during events, including setup, breakdown, and donor registration.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Passion for social causes, nonprofit work, or community engagement.
High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events.
Reliable transportation to travel to event locations as needed.
