We are looking for a motivated growth-oriented Chiropractor, who is well rounded in their adjusting skills, to join our amazing practice in McMurray PA. We are seeking a Chiropractor, with a passion for health and wellness, solid communication skills, thorough knowledge in rehab, and desire to make a difference in the lives of others! Excellent relationship-building skills are a must, along with the ability to provide consistent high-quality care. Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is energetic, go-getter, that is looking to grow|learn as a doctor. We need someone who can step into a scalable, system-driven, multidisciplinary clinic and eventually function as a future Clinic Director or Senior Associate.

Duties:
Chiropractic patient exams|evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records)
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to the ROFs, care plan options, therapies|modalities, lifestyle modifications, and health and nutritional counseling
Chiropractic Care- adjustments Thompson; Full Spine; Diversified; SOT, therapies, and modalities
Documentation|progress notes
Collaboration with the other staff for comprehensive patient care
Support the case managers, convert and retain patients on care plans
Participating in marketing, assist with acquiring new patients, and representing our practice in the community
Support leadership and growth of the practice
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in PA
Prefer several years of experience
Schedule:
Full time (Mon-Fri with office hours ending at 12:30 on Fridays)
Compensation:
$100k potential (if all metrics are obtained)
