Carpenter/ Raw Wood Processor skills to look for:

• Needs to be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Able to use a tape measure and understand measurements.
• Minor machine modifications.
• Load and unload wood onto equipment.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding.
• Sometimes height can be an issue.
• Ex - Finger jointers (do change heads), stacker (everything on rip/chop).

Carpenter/ Raw Wood Processor skills to look for:

• Able to make machine modifications.
• Changes out saw blades and moulder/tenoner heads.
• Load and unload wood onto equipment.

Education & Experience:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Job-related experience is preferred.
