Carpenter/ Raw Wood Processor skills to look for:
- Needs to be able to read and understand blueprints.
- Able to use a tape measure and understand measurements.
- Minor machine modifications.
- Load and unload wood onto equipment.
- Fast-paced, physically demanding.
- Sometimes height can be an issue.
- Ex - Finger jointers (do change heads), stacker (everything on rip/chop).
Carpenter/ Raw Wood Processor skills to look for:
- Needs to be able to read and understand blueprints.
- Able to use a tape measure and understand measurements.
- Use of gauges.
- Able to make machine modifications.
- Changes out saw blades and moulder/tenoner heads.
- Load and unload wood onto equipment.
Education & Experience:
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Job-related experience is preferred.
