dom. investors & operating sponsor-level arrangements. Review & assess
proposed transaction & fund structures from tax perspective, incl. analyzing
potential international & dom. tax implications for clients & proposing
alt. arrangements. Negotiate, prepare & revise tax-related provisions or
sections in transact. docs. Prepare, review and revise tax opinions. $365,000
