We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney with a proven track record in handling complex corporate matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise business clients on complex corporate transactions , including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity investments.
* Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, entity structuring, formation, and general business operations.
* Partner with start-ups and emerging companies to support their growth strategies and legal needs.
* Draft, negotiate, and manage key transactional agreements .
* Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to address intellectual property, tax, trademark, and succession planning.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* 7+ years of experience in corporate law, including transactional work such as mergers & acquisitions and venture capital.
* Portable book of business ($350k plus)
* Expertise in corporate governance, business structuring, and client advisory.
* Licensed to practice law in the relevant state (or eligible for admission by reciprocity).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
