Join one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country! Weiner Law, a San Diego–based firm recently recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, is seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Associate to join our expanding 10-attorney team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a talented group of litigators to represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, as well as trust and probate disputes. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of cases, develop creative strategies, and make a real impact for clients. Weiner Law is not your typical firm—we’re a collaborative, fast-moving team that values innovation, growth, and professional development. Whether you prefer working remotely, in a hybrid setup, or at our San Diego office, we provide the flexibility and support you need to thrive. If you’re ready to bring your litigation skills to a firm that’s on the rise, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts.
  • Representing clients in civil litigation matters.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests.
  • Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving disputes.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • You must be located in and licensed to practice law in California.
  • 4+ years of experience in civil and/or probate litigation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in court and during negotiations.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
. About Company: Weiner Law is a growing trust, probate, and litigation firm. Our mission is to provide exemplary client service so that clients become raving fans. What makes us unique is that we offer big law experience but in a small firm environment. Clients receive red carpet treatment from start to finish in a personalized manner. Our culture is relaxed and informal. Due to the rapid growth of our firm, there is considerable scope for career progression.
